Chief complaint
Fractured front tooth after minor trauma, with cold sensitivity.
Diagnosis
Enamel–dentin fracture (Ellis class II) without pulp exposure; pulp vitality intact.
Treatment plan
Rubber dam isolation, conservative preparation with bevelling, adhesive application, two-shade layered composite build-up, then contouring and final polishing with a two-week follow-up.
